Hey guys, I came up with my very own Hotte Garlic Tofu. It taste really good (according to husband) and I am so proud of it. It goes perfectly well with salad or some rice.
What you need is some tofu. I got mine from Tesco. Some fresh and dried chile and a lot of garlic.
I also added some spices (not totally organic) but this is what I can have for now. So, I needed some black pepper, parsley, cayenne pepper and soysauce.
Then of course I added some honey and apple cider vinegar.
Then sprinkled it with sesame love ;)
